Alternative investment : Google Adsence

Like every other companies, Google(yes. The company officially named itself as Alphabet, but the service is known as Google AdSense, I am mentioning it Google) also need revenue for its operations. For paying salaries to costly ACQUISITION. From building infrastructure for free service to develop the new version of your fevorite Android. They need money. But as Google is giving many services FREE, There is hardly any revenue even if the company is one of the best employer. Google earn most of its revenue from ad’s as you can see in this Picture. But as the Size of Google is Big and increasing, same with the revenue. The ads with your Email and other Google website are not sufficient. So Google come up with AdSense and AdWords.

If you have Website Or you are writing blog or have space on internet, Google will give you to monetize the free space with you. In exchange, they will pay you. It allows publishers in the Google Network of content sites to serve automatic text, image, video, or interactive media advertisements, that are targeted to site content and audience. Google uses its Internet search technology to serve advertisements based on website content, the user’s geographical location, and other factors. Those wanting to advertise with Google’s targeted advertisement system may enroll through Google AdWord. After receiving ad, Google will decide target audience as per the system. And then place it on the space on website.

There are many formulas and many terms In AdSense. Like CPC (cost per click) CPM (cost per impressions), Abandonment Rate, CTR (click through Rate) that is no of ad clicks divided by the no of Individual impression, RPM That is revenue per 1000 impression.

AdSense is one big Source of Google revenue. It may give you also some good revenue. If you have blog or website, it proves to be good Source of income
